About us

A document service, not a law firm

We help Italians in the United States navigate consular bureaucracy. Translations, appointments, document preparation.

What we do

We prepare documents, translate certificates, monitor Prenot@Mi for appointments and guide clients through the specific requirements of their consulate. We cover all 10 Italian consulates in the United States.

What we do NOT do

  • âś—We do not provide legal advice
  • âś—We do not guarantee outcomes — decisions belong to the consulate
  • âś—We are not affiliated with the Italian government or any consulate
  • âś—We do not pretend to be attorneys

Why we exist

Prenot@Mi slots disappear in seconds. Documents have different requirements at every consulate. US agencies charge $200-500 for things you can do yourself with the right instructions. We make the process clear and accessible.

Where we come from

Resinaro started in the UK, helping Italians in London, Edinburgh and Manchester with passports, CIE and translations. After two years of experience with the three British consulates, we expanded to the United States.

American consulates work differently from British ones. Jurisdictions are more complex, waits are longer and requirements vary widely. But the core problem is the same: fragmented information, opaque processes and nobody telling you exactly what you need.

Transparent pricing

Every price is on the site before you pay. We don’t require mandatory consultations to tell you how much something costs. We don’t send “customised quotes” that are really inflated prices based on how desperate you seem.
