1. Who we are
Resinaro (“we”) operates resinaro.us. We provide document preparation services and certified translations for Italians in the United States. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data.
2. Data we collect
We collect only what’s needed to provide the service: full name, email address, phone number, uploaded documents (certificates, passports, etc.), payment data (processed by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers), IP address and user agent (for security and fraud prevention).
3. How we use your data
We use your data exclusively to: deliver the requested service, communicate about your order status, process payments through Stripe, prevent fraud and protect our system, comply with legal obligations.
4. Third-party sharing
We do not sell your data to third parties. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional emails), Supabase (database hosting — servers in Europe). Nobody else. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as needed to provide the service plus a 12-month retention period for tax and accounting obligations. Uploaded documents are deleted within 90 days of order completion. You can request earlier deletion by emailing us.
6. Your rights
You have the right to: access the data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, receive a copy of your data in a readable format. To exercise these rights, contact us at us@resinaro.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We use HTTPS on all pages, payments are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1), database data is encrypted at rest, administrative access requires two-factor authentication.
8. Cookies
We use only technical cookies necessary for the site to function (language preference, authentication session). We do not use tracking, advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
9. Children
Our services are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the bottom of this page.
