Refund policy
1. Overview
Resinaro provides document preparation services and certified translations. Payments are processed through Stripe in US Dollars (USD). This policy applies to all services purchased on resinaro.us.
2. Digital services — immediate start
By paying, you agree that Resinaro begins work immediately on your order. Because our services are digital and personalised (translations, document preparation, appointment monitoring), once work has started it cannot be “undone.”
3. Full refund — before work starts
If work has not yet started, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us at us@resinaro.com within 24 hours of purchase. If we haven’t touched your order, we refund 100%.
4. Partial refund — work in progress
If work is partially completed, the refund will be proportional to the work not yet done. For example: if you ordered 3 translations and we’ve completed 1, we refund the 2 that haven’t started.
5. No refund — work completed
Once the service has been completed and delivered (translation sent, documents prepared, appointment booked), no refund is available. Delivery of the completed service constitutes fulfilment of the order.
6. Prenot@Mi appointments
Our appointment booking service consists of monitoring and booking the first available slot. We cannot control when the consulate releases slots. Refunds are not available once monitoring has started, as the work is ongoing. If we cannot find an appointment within 90 days, we will assess a refund on a case-by-case basis.
7. Certified translations
Translations are custom and non-resaleable. Once a translation is completed and delivered, no refund is available. If you find an error in the translation, we correct it free of charge.
8. Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at us@resinaro.com. We resolve most issues within 24 hours. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first may result in service suspension.
9. How to request a refund
Email us@resinaro.com with your order number or the email used for payment. We respond within 24 hours on business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original card within 5-10 business days.
10. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal laws of the United States. For consumers in other states, your state’s consumer protection laws apply to the extent they are more favourable.
